What does unlimited requests mean?
You can send as many requests as you like. Your plan sets how many of them we work on at the same time: 3 on Lite, 6 on Standard and 12 on Plus. If all of your task slots are in use, the app shows that your plan is full and suggests upgrading.
Do all plans include the full service catalog?
Yes. Every plan includes access to the full service catalog.
Is billing handled in the app?
